(A Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction that, to a predominant extent, cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)
Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last of the goods, if you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately;
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do so by email: support@rumostudiomode.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), refund you without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you supply us with evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:
– received the returned goods; or
– you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is the result of handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasons for exclusion and expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
– for the delivery of alcoholic beverages for which the price is agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which is subject to market fluctuations;
– for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, excluding subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:
– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods;
– for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The return address that appears on our packages is not our address for returns. Upon request, you will receive our return address via email.
